We are centrally located on Calle 62, one of Merida's two main streets just three blocks south of the Main Square.
If
you are taking a taxi from the airport, give the driver the following
address: calle 62 # 545A entre 69 y 71. The main entrance to Casa San Juan
Bed and Breakfast is usually closed, so you will have to press the electric
ring on the right side of the door. Rate for a transfer from the airport
is approximately 12 USD. A word of caution: Some taxi drivers may try
to divert you to other hotels that pay them a commission per guest.
If you rent a car at the airport, just drive to the main avenue Itzaes, also known as Aviacion, and turn to the right to get to the city. Drive until you see calle 59, (referral is the Zoo called "El Centenario" on the right), and follow the traffic (streets in Merida are one way only), look for calle 62 and turn right, drive five blocks to calle 69, just drive one more block in the same direction and look for a salmon and gray house with blue doors and white gates, two large green lanterns on the facade at the end of calle 62 and 71 on the right hand side of the street. Park aside and ring the bell.
If you are coming from Cancun or Chichen Itza, just drive all the way in calle 65 until you reach calle 62, turn to the left and drive to calle 71, you will see the salmon and gray house on the right hand side almost to the end of calle 62 and 71, just park aside and ring the bell.
There are two parking lots within walking distance to CSJ B&B. The attendant in charge will take you to them after check-in.
If you are coming by bus,
just walk four blocks on calle 69 to calle 62 and walk to the right
towards calle 71, you will see the salmon and gray house on the right
hand side of the street.
IMPORTANT: Casa San Juan
B&B meets every criteria of a "TRUE BED &
BREAKFAST", we are not a conventional hotel that serves a
continental breakfast, we have no door men, front office etc. Please advise us if you have a late arrival to make the necessary arrangements.

RESERVATIONS
All reservations are required to be prepaid prior to arrival.
Using PAYPAL, our preferred form of payment, you may pay in dollars, euros, pesos, or by credit card. Your reservation is immediately assured when you use their service.
Or the total amount can be charged to a Master Card, Visa, or American Express Card when you make your reservation thru the secure line by clicking the RESERVE IT Icon found on the Contact page.
Once your reservation has been completed, an e-mail will be sent with your reservation and confirmation code number. Please bring it with you and give it to our attendant at time of check in.
Our property tends to reflect the nature of Mexico, with amenities that are more basic. Merida is a very lively Mexican city, casual, and it should be approached with a sense of adventure and flexibility.
We also highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance before leaving.

CANCELLATIONS
For date changes, there is "No Charge", subject to
availability.
NO REFUNDS will be honored if:
Casa San Juan Bed and Breakfast operates with only seven rooms. Not canceling a confirmed reservation keeps us from re-letting the room.
It is very important that you contact us if you need to cancel your reservation.
For your protection and that of Casa San Juan Bed & Breakfast, we highly suggest that you purchase travel insurance which can protect you from the many eventualities that may necessitate your room cancellation. Travelers Insurance is both recommended and inexpensive.
